Modern university premiere in Goslar. 27 students started their university education at the beginning of September 2022.
Under the important medieval emperors, Henry III, whose heart rests in St. Ulrich's Chapel, and his son Henry IV, the Canossa Goer, the cathedral monastery was an important training center for the clergy. In the 11th and 12th centuries, one in three bishops completed their theological studies in Goslar. The Bachelor's and Master's students of the 21st century are taking the "Digital Technologies" course. Clausthal University of Technology and Ostfalia University offer this practice-oriented course and the Energy Campus in Goslar is the place of study. Med-X-Press is supporting the establishment of the town as a university location with membership of the "pro Studium" association and is planning collaborations in the knowledge of the immense importance of the professional field for the transformation of the world of work.
