She is in year 11 at the vocational school in Goslar and will complete her vocational baccalaureate the year after next. Her school education includes a one-year internship in a commercial enterprise. As Alina's mother has been working in the Med-X-Press team for some time, it made sense for her to complete her internship at the pharmaceutical logistics company. Alina was no stranger to the business and, after a general introduction and presentation of the individual business areas, the student worked in all departments until mid-2024. She started in the HR department, then moved on to Assistant to the Management Board, where the entrepreneurial threads come together, and currently Customer Service is on the agenda - the important contact with the customer. Alina now spends three days a week experiencing how a company is structured and, in particular, the high demands of pharmaceutical logistics. The one-year internship gives pupils their first insights and early tools for their future professional life. "I have found all the areas that I have got to know at Med-X-Press very interesting and exciting," comments the intern. In the first few months of her internship, Alina has already learned that the daily business of pharmaceutical logistics can be very demanding. This requires an artistic balance. In her free time, the student likes to draw or play the piano.
